Chipmunks Dance questions
Check the inputs, output and payment rules before you begin.
Contact supportCan I make the Chipmunks Dance from a group photo?
Yes. Choose Image to video and upload one clear group photo up to 10 MB. Describe the formation and one simple movement. The model can interpret the photo, but exact identity and choreography are not guaranteed.
Can I start without a photo or an account?
Text mode needs only a prompt. You can prepare a clip before signing in. One-time purchases use a private purchase link; a subscription requires email-code sign-in.
Is the original Chipmunks Dance song included?
No. The generator creates a silent visual clip. Add music you are permitted to use in your editor or the destination platform. A generated video does not give you rights to a movie soundtrack.
What does the 15-second countdown do?
It opens the payment choices when credits are insufficient. It does not run the model or claim a finished video. A funded account skips that countdown.
How many credits does a video cost?
The studio shows the exact credit cost for your selected length before you submit. Compare it with your balance and choose a pack that covers the difference. Preview and download are included after a successful generation.
Do I pay again to download?
No. A successfully credited task includes preview and MP4 download, even if your remaining balance is zero. There is no watermark-removal or second unlock charge.
What happens if generation fails?
A terminally failed task returns credits to their original source. An uncertain submission is checked before retrying to avoid paying for the same video twice.
Will my photo disappear when I sign in?
The browser saves your draft, selected file and settings locally for up to 24 hours. Return in the same browser to resume. Clearing browser storage removes that local draft.
Are free credits included with email sign-in?
No. Email accounts start with zero free credits. This site does not offer Google login or a daily credit claim.
Is this an official Alvin and the Chipmunks product?
No. Chipmunks Dance AI is an independent creation tool and is not affiliated with the franchise, its rights holders or TikTok.
