Terms of Service: Video Creation

Using the service

Chipmunks Dance AI lets you create short AI videos from a photo. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use it.

Your content and consent

Only upload photos of yourself or of adults who have given you permission. Do not upload photos of minors, celebrities or public figures, and do not use the service to harass, impersonate or deceive anyone. We may remove content and close accounts that break these rules.

Generated videos

Review AI output before sharing: faces, timing and movement may be inaccurate. You remain responsible for rights to your inputs and any music added later. Identify the video as AI-generated when sharing; do not present it as real footage. We do not supply a movie scene, original song or official character license, and are not affiliated with the Alvin and the Chipmunks franchise.

Reports and removal

Use the report page to identify content that violates these terms or your rights. Include the video ID and enough information to assess the report. We may restrict content or accounts during an investigation.

Credits and payments

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits have no cash value, and pack credits do not expire while the service is operating. Stripe processes payments. Keep your guest purchase link private: it authorizes access to its credits and results.

Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until canceled. Monthly credits expire at the end of that monthly billing period. Yearly credits arrive together and expire at the end of that annual billing period. Cancel future renewals in Billing; cancellation does not remove credits that are still valid. Different grants remain separate, and credits with the earliest expiry are spent first.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but provide it as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
